Hello, please follow the next steps if your subscription on IOS doesn't work and you see closed images.
1. Check your internet connection on your device. You need access to internet.
2. Be sure if your subscription is active and payd. Follow : Settings-> Your name Apple ID (the first button) -> Subscriptions -> Dental 3D Illustrations
3. If your subscription is active but apllication doesn't work, Desable subscription and Enable it again. After Check the app.
4. Disable the App and lunch again.
5. You can also restore subscription from the app. (Pro section)
